Delivery Information and Returns 

The following are details of our delivery service options (with account customer deliveries as per contracted terms):

  • Next-day delivery for orders placed before 11 AM within central London.
  • Deliveries outside Central London will be within 3 days.
  • Additional carriage charges for third-party carrier deliveries outside SE England.
  • Emergency deliveries will incur an extra charge.
  • Standard minimum order values: £100 for London and £500 outside SE England, otherwise additional costs apply.

The following are details of our Returns policy:

We always strive to ensure that the products that we deliver to you are good quality and arrive with you safely in good condition. However, if you need to report a delivery shortage, order error, damages, a return, or replacement, this must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery (after this time it will be at the company’s discretion) by contacting our Customer Experience team for assistance:
